Engage in constructive, respectful, and collegial interactions with all members, whether in discussions, collaborations, or mentorship.
Maintain a spirit of academic integrity, transparency, and open dialogue.

The Collective does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other identity category.

3. Ethical Conduct & Collaboration
Acknowledge and respect intellectual contributions when engaging in discussions, mentorship, or project collaborations.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and support, while crediting individuals for their work and ideas.
4. Safe & Supportive Engagement
Harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in meetings, digital forums, or public interactions.
If any issues arise, members are encouraged to report concerns to the Collective’s leadership for appropriate action.
