  • Engage in constructive, respectful, and collegial interactions with all members, whether in discussions, collaborations, or mentorship.

  • Maintain a spirit of academic integrity, transparency, and open dialogue.

3. Ethical Conduct & Collaboration

  • Acknowledge and respect intellectual contributions when engaging in discussions, mentorship, or project collaborations.

  • Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and support, while crediting individuals for their work and ideas.

4. Safe & Supportive Engagement

  • Harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in meetings, digital forums, or public interactions.

  • If any issues arise, members are encouraged to report concerns to the Collective’s leadership for appropriate action.
